Terms and Conditions

Discounts:
Your current discount will be held by Five Star Quality Products. Any changes to your discount will be notified by official letter.

Pricing:
Effective immediately. Prices, terms & products are subject to change with notification via official letter to all customers.

Freight:
If you do not select a freight method, the order will be sent by road freight. GST: List Price is NOT inclusive of GST.

Orders:
Orders placed before 12 noon AEST will be despatched by 12 noon the following day. For any same day ‘add to order’
placed after 12 noon AEST, the estimated 24hr despatch may be affected and this will be notified to you by a member
of our customer service team.

Payment Terms:
“Payment With Order Customers”; payment is required by 3.00pm AEST to be able to despatch the same day.
Account Customers; when an account is overdue, supply of product will be stopped
until the amount outstanding is paid.
We reserve the right to charge an Administration Charge of 1.5% per month.

Title of Goods:
Title to and ownership of the goods invoiced remains with Five Star Quality Products and does not pass to the Customer,
until all monies due and payable by the customer have been paid.
